How to Use Turbuhaler Correctly - 7 Steps
Step 1: Unscrew cap.
Step 2: Hold upright. Twist RED grip fully and back till CLICK. Dose loaded.
Step 3: Breathe OUT fully AWAY from inhaler.
Step 4: Place mouthpiece between teeth, inhale FORCEFULLY and DEEPLY.
Step 5: Hold breath for 8-10 seconds.
Step 6: Breathe out slowly. Repeat if 2nd dose prescribed.
Step 7: Rinse mouth with water and spit. Prevents thrush.
Pro Tip: You won't feel powder much - normal. Red mark in window = only 20 doses left.
